Rest + Rise, EmpowerEd's Social Group for Black teachers, invites you to join them for a night of family gathering at the DC History Center for the Class Action Exhibit! This free event is intended to gather Black educators and their families to connect with each other and with DC history. Class Action: Education and Opportunity in the Nation's Capital is a major, free, family-friendly exhibition at the DC History Center exploring the history of Black educational excellence and activism in Washington, D.C. Located in the West Gallery, it features interactive panels, vintage furniture, yearbooks, and stories from students, parents, and activists.
