Birthright Citizenship Rally at Supreme Court

  • First Street Northeast Washington, DC, 20543 United States (map)

Rooted in the fight for equal rights by formerly enslaved Americans, and settled law for over 150 years, birthright citizenship is foundational to American democracy and has helped shape the histories of AAPI families across the nation. As the Trump administration seeks to overturn birthright citizenship in Barbara v. Trump oral arguments, please join AAPI NJ and other Asian American civil rights orgs as they protest outside the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

Come and be a part of history.

Expect protest to last approximately 2-3 hours

AAPI NJ can provide transportation recommendations if you wish to travel with other AAPI NJ staff and volunteers

Participants will need to cover their own transportation and lodging. Modest transportation stipends are available for those with need – please email advocacy@aapinewjersey.org to inquire.
