D.C. area K-12 educators are invited to join Teaching for Change staff for an intimate two-part discussion of Paulo Freire's seminal text, Pedagogy of the Oppressed (30th anniversary edition). The book discussion will be at the Teaching for Change office and space is limited to 12 participants.

Part I - Wednesday, October 16, 4-6pm: Introduction, Foreword, Preface, Chapter 1, Chapter 2

Part II - Wednesday, December 4, 4-6pm: Chapter 3, Chapter 4
