DC/DOX RETURNS FOR ITS FOURTH EDITION CELEBRATING NON-FICTION CINEMA 

DC/DOX has announced the lineup for its 2026 festival, which will take place June 11–14 in Washington, DC. The festival will present 113 new films, including 64 boundary-pushing feature documentaries and 49 shorts from 32 countries.

Film themes include activism and social change,Black and African American stories,education, and more.

In a moment defined by the erosion of democratic norms, threats to human rights, and ongoing global conflict, DC/DOX brings urgent, truth-telling cinema to the nation’s capital. This year’s slate also celebrates resilience, creativity, discovery, and the arts through inspiring stories that highlight our shared humanity.
