When They Call You a Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir

From one of the co-founders of the Black Lives Matter movement comes a poetic memoir and reflection on humanity. On Wednesday, January 17, 2018, 7 – 9 pm, co-authors Patrisse Cullors and asha bandele will be joined in conversation by award-winning journalist, Michel Martin of NPR. They will discuss the motivating factors that lead to the emergence of the Black Lives Matter movement. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing courtesy of Smithsonian Enterprises. Registration for this program is scheduled to open on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 9:00am.
